A Better Way to Collaborate

I never realized there was a difference between a general marketing plan and a marketing plan that supports a product. I shared this with my product marketing counterpart. A big light bulb went off for both of us. We agreed to use this document (and the template) to clarify our roles and responsibilities. It also set the stage for us to build a more collaborative partnership. We both realized that there was some conflict before, and now, this conflict has evaporated.
